As of early 2025, Limassol retained the largest share in value terms regarding Cyprus-wide apartment transactions. Apartment sales in Limassol rose by 5.8% to 311 units, while the total value of these transactions jumped by 19.6% to €116 million. This accounts for 42% of the total apartment transaction value across Cyprus.
